What does it cost to run?
Running costs come from hosting (Vercel), the database and serverless functions (Supabase), the server that runs the AI workflows, and per-use language-model fees (Groq, OpenAI or OpenRouter). Current monthly figures are shared during due diligence.
Where do job listings come from?
Job discovery calls a third-party job-listing provider through an n8n workflow. The provider can be swapped, for example for a licensed jobs API or your own listings. The current source and its terms are covered in due diligence.
Does ApplyForge apply to jobs automatically?
No. ApplyForge prepares applications, with tailored resumes, ATS checks, cover letters and job tracking, but it doesn't submit them for the user. The app's Auto Apply Agent page collects feedback on the AI tools.
Can the platform be customized or rebranded?
Yes. The product can be rebranded, adapted to a specific audience or extended with new features as part of a customized acquisition.
The deal
Can I acquire the complete platform?
Yes, subject to a mutually agreed scope. A complete acquisition covers ApplyForge.ai and ApplyForge.in, the product, its source code and AI workflows, plus handover support.
Do I receive the source code?
For a platform acquisition, yes. The frontend, serverless functions, database schema, resume-tailoring service and workflow definitions transfer under the final agreement.
Does user data transfer?
No. Existing user accounts and their personal data aren't part of the sale. You start with your own users, under your own privacy policy.
How does the transfer work?
Domains move through a registrar transfer, with escrow available. Code and workflows are transferred to your accounts, and we help you deploy them.
How long does handover take?
It depends on scope. A domain-only deal completes when the registrar transfer does. A platform handover follows an agreed plan: repository and workflow transfer, setup in your accounts, then knowledge-transfer sessions. The timeline and hours of support are set in the agreement.
